Conversations

Review every AI call in a familiar chat-style transcript view. Search, filter, and analyze conversations to understand how your AI is performing and which leads are most promising.

1. Viewing Call Transcripts

Every completed call is displayed as a readable conversation in chat bubble format — just like reading a text message thread. The AI's messages appear on the left and the contact's responses on the right.

What You'll See

Full conversation transcript with timestamps
Contact name, phone number, and campaign
Call duration and outcome status
AI-generated call summary

How to Navigate

• Click any conversation in the list to open the transcript
• Scroll through the chat bubbles to read the full exchange
• Use the summary card at the top for a quick overview
• Click the contact name to view their full profile

2. Search & Filter Conversations

Quickly find specific conversations using powerful search and filtering tools.

Search

• Search by contact name or phone number
• Search within transcript text
• Results update in real-time as you type

Filters

Status: Connected, Voicemail, No Answer, Qualified
Sentiment: Positive, Neutral, Negative
Date range: Today, This Week, Custom
Campaign: Filter by specific campaign

Quick Tip

Combine filters for powerful queries — for example, filter by "Positive" sentiment and "This Week" to quickly find your hottest recent leads.

3. Lead Scores & Sentiment Indicators

Each conversation is automatically analyzed to produce a lead score and sentiment rating, helping you prioritize follow-ups.

Lead Score (1–10)

8–10Hot lead — highly interested, meets criteria
5–7Warm lead — some interest, needs nurturing
1–4Cold lead — low interest or unqualified

Sentiment Indicators

Positive — Engaged, interested, asking questions
Neutral — Polite but non-committal
Negative — Not interested, hostile, hang-up

📊 Pro Tip

Sort by lead score to focus your personal follow-up on the highest-value conversations first. An 8+ lead score with positive sentiment is your best bet for a closed deal.

4. Summary Statistics

At the top of the Conversations page, you'll see summary stats that give you a quick pulse on your calling activity.
