AI Agents

TheDisruptor.AI supports multiple AI agents with different strengths. Learn how to select the right agent for each campaign, monitor performance, and run test calls.

1. What Are AI Agents?

AI Agents are the brains behind your voice calls. Each agent uses a different underlying model, giving you options for speed, conversational quality, and cost efficiency.

Standard Agent

Deep conversational understanding
Best for complex qualifying questions
Handles objections naturally
Higher accuracy on nuanced responses
Recommended for most campaigns

Gemini Flash Agent

Ultra-fast response times
Lower latency in conversation
Great for high-volume campaigns
Cost-effective for simpler scripts
Best for speed & volume

2. Selecting an Agent

You can set a default agent for your entire account or pick a specific agent per campaign.

Account Default (Settings)

  1. Go to Settings → AI Agent
  2. Choose your preferred default agent
  3. Click Save
Note: Only account owners and admins can change the default agent.

Per-Campaign Override

  1. Open a campaign's settings
  2. Find the AI Agent dropdown
  3. Select a different agent for this campaign
  4. Save — this overrides the account default

Admin Only

Changing the account-level default agent requires owner or admin permissions. Team members can still select agents when creating campaigns if permitted.

3. Agent Status Indicators

Each agent displays a real-time status indicator so you always know if it's ready to make calls.

Online — Agent is operational and ready to make calls
Degraded — Agent is running with higher-than-normal latency
Offline — Agent is temporarily unavailable

💡 What Happens When Offline?

If your selected agent goes offline, campaigns using it will automatically pause. You'll receive a notification. Switch to an online agent to resume calling.

4. Agent Performance Comparison

Compare how each agent performs across your campaigns to make data-driven decisions.

📊 Your Results May Vary

These are illustrative benchmarks. Your actual performance depends on script complexity, lead quality, and industry. Try both agents on similar campaigns to find your best fit.

5. Test Calls

Before launching a campaign, run a test call with your chosen agent to hear exactly how it sounds and handles the conversation.

1
Go to Settings → AI Agent or the campaign creation page
2
Select the agent you want to test
3
Click "Test Call" and enter your phone number
4
Answer the call and interact with the AI as a prospect would

Best Practice

Test each agent with the same script before launching. This lets you compare tone, pacing, and objection handling side-by-side.
